Use the BP tab to specify the catalog numbers of items for a specific business partner.

Use BP Catalog Number in Documents
Select to include BP Catalog Numbers in documents. Your business partners usually manage the item under a different number than the one you use in your company. You can enter both the item numbers used by your business partners and your own item numbers and use these when you enter your business transactions.
