You can only display (not edit) a direct distribution rule that is automatically created for a cost center. You can display and edit other distribution rules.

From the SAP Business One
Main Menu
, choose
Financials
Cost Accounting
Distribution Rules

Distribution Rules – Setup
window appears.In
Find
mode, use the search functions to find the required distribution rule.You can edit a distribution rule by, for example, adding new cost centers to it, or changing the factors used to allocate expenses and revenues.
To save your changes, choose the
Update
button.
