Use the Support Desk to connect directly to the SAP Service Marketplace and track the status of your support messages.

Procedure

1. From the SAP Business One menu, choose Start of the navigation path Help Next navigation step Support Next navigation step Support Desk Next navigation step Service Message Inbox End of the navigation path.

2. To connect to the SAP Service Marketplace, enter your S-User and password, and choose OK.

The system opens a browser window with your SAP Service Channel inbox.
