Use this window to review detailed information about the selected document instance.

To open this window:

  1. In the SAP Business One menu bar, choose Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step Change Log... Next navigation step Show Differences End of the navigation path.

  2. In the Change Log... window, choose the Show Differences button.

Differences Window Fields
Date

Date on which the change was made.
Changed Field

The field that was changed.
Previous Value

Value of the field before the change.
New Value

Value of the field after the change.
User Name

Name of the user who made this change.
