Use this procedure to maintain employee information, both work-related and personal.

Prerequisites

An employee record exists.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Human Resources Next navigation step Employee Master Data End of the navigation path.

    The Employee Master Data window appears.

  2. Display the required employee record using standard search functions.

  3. Modify the information as required.

  4. Choose Update, then OK.

    Note Note

    To delete a record, choose Start of the navigation path Data Next navigation step Remove End of the navigation path.
