Exclude Bin Locations for Items with Zero Quantity

Some bin locations in a warehouse may not necessarily store an item, or the quantity of the item is currently recorded as zero in the system. If you want to exclude from selection items with a zero quantity in these bin locations, select this checkbox.

If the counting results reveal that an item does exist in a bin location that has been excluded, you can manually add a row in the document to record the discrepancy between the system and the actual storage.

Note that if your company allows negative inventory, and the quantity of an item falls below 0 in a bin location, the item in this bin location is not excluded from selection.
