Note
This dashboard considers only the sales orders that are fully copied to deliveries or A/R invoices, i.e., the sales orders are closed.
The Delivery Analysis
dashboard enables supervisors to identify whether the company delivers goods to customers on time. This dashboard shows sales orders with on-time delivery and delayed delivery, in addition to the average number of delay days. This dashboard also lists sales orders for which the delivery exceeds the user-defined delay days.

dashboard contains the sections in the following table.
You can find the definitions used in the dashboard as follows:
Actual delivery date: Delivery Date
of the delivery or Posting Date
of the A/R invoice
Scheduled delivery date: the latest date taken from the following fields:
Delivery Date
of the sales order
Del. Date
in the item rows of the sales order
Delay days: number of days between the scheduled delivery date and the actual delivery date
