Procedure documentationViewing Previous External Reconciliations

 

Use this procedure to view external reconciliations that had been initiated previously by you or other users, whether manually, automatically, or semiautomatically.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Banking Next navigation step Bank Statements and External Reconciliations Next navigation step Manage Previous External Reconciliations End of the navigation path.

    The Manage Previous External Reconciliations - Selection Criteria window appears.

  2. From the Previous Reconciliation for dropdown list, select to display previous reconciliations for business partners or for G/L accounts and specify the selection criteria.

  3. 3. Choose the OK button.

    The Manage Previous External Reconciliations window appears. It lists the previous external reconciliations that match the selection criteria you specified in the Manage Previous External Reconciliations - Selection Criteria window.

    This window contains three tables:

    • The upper table contains previous reconciliations.

    • The left-lower table lists the transactions in books associated with the reconciliation selected in the upper table.

    • The lower-right table lists the external statements associated with the reconciliation selected in the upper table.

    Note Note

    In the lower tables, a row marked as bold indicates a balancing transaction.

  4. From the Display Data for dropdown list, select whether to display all the reconciliations in the defined range or reconciliations performed for a specific G/L account or business partner only.

  5. To select a reconciliation in the upper table, click the relevant row.

    The transactions associated with the selected reconciliation are displayed in the lower tables.
