Creating an SPP Format Project 
You have started the Electronic File Manager: Format Definition (EFM) add-on.
In the SAP Business One menu bar, choose . The EFM add-on opens.
Create a new SPP format project by doing one of the following:
On the start page of the EFM add-on, under Create a new format project, click Special-Purpose File Format Project.
Click
(New) or choose , and do the following:
In the Create a New Format dialog box, select
(Special-Purpose File Format Project).
Enter the format name.
Specify the file path by choosing the ellipsis button and selecting a directory.
Choose the OK button.
Select a format subtype: Electronic Document or Electronic Authority Report.
A default mapping is created. For either format subtype, a predefined XML source file is automatically added. For more information, see Subtypes of the SPP Format Project.
If you are designing for the Mexico localization, update the predefined source file. For more information, see Updating Source or Target Files.
Caution
Any change to the schema of the predefined XML source files might result in unsuccessful SPP format projects. Therefore, you should work with SPP format projects under the following conditions:
You intend to design an SPP format project for either the Mexico or the Italy localization.
You use only the predefined XML source files without changing the schema.
Add a target file for the format project by proceeding as follows:
Note
You can add only one target file for a mapping.
XML:
Import an XML schema: Select an existing XML schema file.
Import the structure from an XML document: Select an XML file that contains the structure you want to import.
Create an XML structure: Adds an empty XML structure to the Target folder.
CSV:
Import structure from a CSV document: Select an existing CSV file and specify the CSV configuration data.
Create a CSV structure: Adds an empty CSV structure to the Target folder.
TXT: Adds an empty TXT structure to the Target folder.

To create additional mappings, do one of the following and repeat the previous steps:
Choose .
Click
(Add Mapping).
