Customizing UDOs and UDFs in Enterprise Search 
In the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA client application, on the left side of the Search box, click the
icon and select the Search Data radio button.
The Settings button appears next to the Search by Template button.
Choose the Settings button, and choose Search Customization.
In the Search Customization window, perform the following:
On the Customize Searchable UDOs tab, you can perform the following:
From the Unsearchable UDOs section, drag the UDOs for which you want to search to the category under which you want to display the relevant search results.
To remove the UDO from the category, drag it to the Unsearchable UDOs section. Alternatively, hover your mouse over the relevant UDO, click the triangle button, and choose Remove From Category.
To create a new category, drag a UDO to the category labeled with a plus sign (+).
To change the UDO display name, in the relevant category, hover your mouse over the UDO, click the triangle button, and choose Rename. Alternatively, click the UDO, and enter the new name.
To go on customizing searchable UDFs for the relevant UDO, choose the OK button in the system message that appears right after you have added the UDO to a category, asking whether you want to continue customizing searchable fields. Alternatively, hover your mouse over the relevant UDO, click the triangle button, and choose Customize Searchable Fields.
On the Customize Searchable Fields tab, all UDFs are listed in the Searchable Fields section after its UDO is made searchable. You can perform the following:
To make UDFs unsearchable in enterprise search, from the Searchable Fields section, drag them to the Unsearchable Fields section. Alternatively, hover your mouse over the relevant UDF, click the triangle button, and choose Remove From Searchable Fields.
To change the UDF display name, hover your mouse over the field description, click the triangle button, and choose Rename. Alternatively, click the field description, and enter the new name.
To make the UDF visible in the Search Result window, select the Visible checkbox.
To make the UDF searchable as a search criterion in enterprise search, select the Searchable checkbox.
To make the UDF filterable as a filter in the layout pane of the Search Result window, select the Filterable checkbox. To display the UDF values as filter options in the layout pane of the search results, choose By Option. To display the UDF values as ranges in the layout pane of the search results, choose By Range.
To change the display order of the UDF's search result, drag the UDF up or down within its own scope. The higher the UDF is in the Search Customization window, the higher its search result will be displayed in the Search Result window.
To save the changes, choose the Apply button.
When you perform an enterprise search, the Search Result window will display data of the UDOs and UDFs that were customized in the Search Customization window.
