Procedure documentationDisplaying User Reports Locate this document in the navigation structure

Various standard templates for user reports are available following each export until the next export takes place.

Procedure

  1. To display user reports, in the menu, choose   Extras   User Reports  . These reports are recorded on the Reports tab:

    1. The DATEVExport report contains a log of all exported postings in DINA4 format. The last export is displayed.

      Note Note

This report contains postings, but it does not contain any master data on customers, vendors or general ledger accounts. You can display this master data using the Selfviewer additional tool. Contact your accountant if you have any questions about the Selfviewer tool

      End of the note.
    2. You can use the DATEVExport cover sheet as a letter to your accountant.

    3. All errors that occur during the export are entered in an error log. You can only display the last error log here.

  2. To access a report, select the report you require and choose the (Print Preview) icon from the menu bar.

    Note Note

Values are displayed in cents in the Tax column in the export log, so that DATEV data can still be used.

    End of the note.

    Example Example

An amount of 2000 appears as 200 000 in the export report.

    End of the example.

If an export contains errors due to accounts that have not been assigned or have been assigned incorrectly, or due to incorrect postings (see above), the export is not performed. Detailed information is available in the error log.

Resolve the error and repeat the export.

Note Note

You can use the form editor to modify all reports to meet your layout requirements. To do this, double-click the report to select it.

End of the note.
