Use this window to specify selection criteria for the Activities Overview Report.

To open the window, choose   Reports   Business Partners   Activities Overview  .

After defining the report, you can view it in the Activities Overview Report Window.

Selection Criteria
Handled by

Specify the ranges of users and employees whose activities are to be included in the report.

Note Note

To include all users or employees, leave the fields blank.

Employees that are linked to users are only displayed as users in the user list.

Contact Person

Select a contact person. The field is only active if one specific business partner is selected in the BP Code From...To... fields.

Properties

Opens the Properties window in which you can select business partner properties.

Remarks

Specify some text as a search criterion.

Display Scheduled Service Calls

Select the checkbox to display all scheduled service calls in the Activities Overview report.

Hide Closed Service Calls

Select the checbox to display the service calls that are not closed in the Activities Overview report.
