Use this window to specify selection criteria for the Activities Overview Report.
To open the window, choose

Specify the ranges of users and employees whose activities are to be included in the report. Note To include all users or employees, leave the fields blank. End of the note. Note Employees that are linked to users are only displayed as users in the user list. End of the note. |
Select a contact person. The field is only active if one specific business partner is selected in the BP Code From...To... fields. |
Opens the Properties window in which you can select business partner properties. |
Specify some text as a search criterion. |
Select the checkbox to display all scheduled service calls in the Activities Overview report. |
Select the checbox to display the service calls that are not closed in the Activities Overview report. |
