Procedure documentationViewing Linked Pervasive Dashboards in Sidebars Locate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

  • You have installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or later.

  • You have selected the checkbox Enable sidebar in windows to display linked dashboards on the Display tab of the General Settings window.

  • Make sure the configuration file b1PANAConfig.xml exists in …\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA Main Menu, choose the required menu entry, and open the linked window.

  2. If there is no sidebar, in the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA menu bar, choose   View   User-Defined Fields  .

  3. Choose and select the Analytics tab to display the linked dashboard.

    Note Note

    If there is more than one dashboard linked to this window, you can choose the dashboard name or scroll your mouse wheel to switch dashboards.

    End of the note.

    Navigating to a different record of the window generates different information based on you links.

  4. In the displayed dashboard, you can choose and to switch between dashboard view and query result view, respectively. To refresh the dashboard content, you can choose Refresh (Refresh).
