You can use this window to:

  • View the tasks you are involved in

  • Pick up the tasks

From this window, you can open theTask Details Window to process and forward tasks.

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   Workflow   Workflow Worklist  .

General Area
Status

Select the status of the workflow task.

  • All – include To be picked, In Process, Completed , and Error

  • Not Completed – include To be Picked, In Process, and Error.

  • To be Picked – display the tasks that are not picked up yet

  • In Process – display the tasks that have been picked up but are not processed yet

  • Completed – display the tasks that are processed successfully

  • Error – display the tasks that have an error

The option you select here determines the tasks display in the table area.

Task Preview

Displays the description of the task.

To specify the task description, use Workflow designer in SAP Business One Studio.

Details

Opens the Task Details window.

Pick Up

Lets you pick up the task.

Refresh

Displays the updated task information.

Table Area
Task ID

Displays the ID of the task.

Click the link arrow to the left of a task ID; the Task Details window opens. In this window you can do the following:

  • See the detailed information about that task

  • Pick up that task

  • Process that task

  • Forward that task to other users

Task Name

Displays the name of the task.

Workflow Template

Displays the name of the template to which the task belongs.

Instance ID

Displays the instance ID to which the task belongs.

Clicking the link arrow to the left of an instance ID opens the Workflow Instance window. In this window, you can start workflow instances and visualize the process of the instances.

Enter Date

Displays the date on which the task was assigned to the owner.

Due Date

Displays the date on which the task is due.

Note Note

Due Date = Enter Date + Duration

To specify the duration, use Workflow designer in SAP Business One Studio.

Status

Displays the status of the tasks.

  • To be Picked – indicates the tasks that are not picked up yet

  • Picking – indicates the tasks that are being picked. Once picking is finished, the status changes to In Process.

  • In Process – indicates the tasks that have been picked up but are not processed yet

  • Completing – indicates the tasks that are being completed. Once the tasks have been completed, the status changes to Completed.

  • Completed – indicates the tasks that are completed successfully

  • Error – indicates the tasks that have an error

To view the error information in the Workflow Message Log window, click Error in the Status column.

Display the priority of the tasks.

Pick Up

Lets you pick up the task. Once you pick up the task, this checkbox is disabled.
