To reduce fiscal fraud, certain companies in Italy are required to submit to the Italian Revenue Agency an electronic report of business dealings (sales and purchases of goods and services) conducted with partners located in countries on a blacklist. The Italian companies that are required to submit this report trade with entities that are domiciled or reside in one of the countries on the blacklist specified by the decrees of 04/05/1999 and 21/11/2001.

Prerequisites

  • You updated the tax type (black list) for each tax code in   Administration   Setup   Financials   Tax   Tax Groups  .

  • You updated the blacklist countries and their UIC codes in   Administration   Setup   Business Partners   Countries  .

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Financials   Financial Reports   Accounting   Tax   Tax Report  . The Tax Report - Selection Criteria window appears. You can also access the window from the Reports module.

  2. Select the relevant criteria, the Black List Country - Tax Declaration radio button, and choose the OK button.

    The blacklist country report appears. Documents that meet the following criteria are included in the report:

    • For output tax groups, the country of the ship-to address in the transaction or in the business partner master data is marked as Black List Country in the Countries - Setup window.

    • For input tax groups, the country of the pay-to address in the transaction or in the business partner master data is marked as Black List Country in the Countries - Setup window.

    • The tax code in the transaction is not marked as Excluded in the Tax Type (Black List) dropdown list of the Tax Groups - Setup window.

    • Transactions that meet the selection criteria in the Tax Report - Selection Criteria window.

  3. Choose Create File to generate the txt file. The Additional Information window appears.

  4. Specify the information and choose OK.
