Price Report - Selection Criteria Window Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

To open the Price Report - Selection Criteria window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Inventory   Inventory Reports   Price Report  . In the Price Report - Selection Criteria window, specify your selection criteria.

Price Report – Selection Criteria Fields
Source of Price

From the dropdown list, select the price resource:

  • All (default)

  • Price list

  • Special Prices for BP

  • Period and Volume Discount

Note Note

When the Price List option is selected, another field is displayed, where you select a specific price list or all price lists (default). Inactive price lists are available in this dropdown list according to the setting made in   Administration   System Initialization   General Settings   Inventory   Pricing   Display Inactive Price Lists   Reports  .

Business Partners

Specify a range of business partners by BP code, group or properties, or leave the field empty to display all business partners in the report.

Note Note

The Business Partners fields are available only when All or Special Prices for BP is selected in the Source of Price field.

Expanded Selection Criteria

Displays additional selection fields according to the selection in the Source of Price field:

  • UoM Group

  • UoM

  • Quantity - Only items with the same quantity, selected in this field, are displayed in the report. The quantity is compared with the defined quantity in the Special Prices - Volume Discounts window and in the Volume Discounts for Price List window.

    This field is not available when Price List is selected in the Source of Price field.

  • Date - Only items with the same date range, selected in this field, are displayed in the report. The date is compared with the defined date range in the Period Discounts window.

    Price lists with the same date range also are displayed in the report.

  • Base Price List – All price lists. Inactive price lists are available in this dropdown list according to the setting made in   Administration   System Initialization   General Settings   Inventory   Pricing   Display Inactive Price Lists   Reports  .

  • Factor - This field is available only when All or Price List is selected in the Source of Price field.

  • User Defined Fields – Those are defined in the header of the Price List window and are available when the Price List or All source of price is selected. Those are defined in any of the special prices windows (Special Prices for Business Partners, Period and Volume Discounts, Periods Discounts, and Volume Discounts) and are available when the Special Prices for BP or Period and Volume Discount or All source of price is selected.

Display Inactive Price Lists in Reports

Defines whether prices from inactive price lists are displayed in the report.

Hide Unpriced Items

Defines whether items with no price are displayed in the report.

Note Note

  • If this checkbox is not selected, items with no price are displayed in the report, regardless of the definition in the Remove Unpriced Items from Price List in Database checkbox in General Settings. For more information, see General Settings: Inventory Tab

  • This checkbox is not relevant for prices in the Last Purchase Price and the Last Evaluated Price price lists.
