This window provides an overview of the copy settings for a specific copy process and the name of the user who copied the data.

To open this window, do the following:

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   System Initialization   Implementation Center   Implementation Tasks  .

  2. In the Implementation Tasks window, click Copy Data Between Companies.

    The Quick Copy window appears.

  3. In the menu bar, choose   Quick Copy   Open Log File  .

  4. In the Quick Copy Log Manager window, in the Details column, click the corresponding link arrow of the copy process that you want to view.

    The Quick Copy Log Details window appears.

Structure

Time

Displays the start and finish times of the copy process.

User Name

Displays the name of the user who copied data to the target.

Copy Method

Displays the copy method that the application used to copy data to the target. The possible values are:

  • N/A

  • Add New Records and Update Existing Records

  • Add New Records Without Updating Existing Records

  • Update Existing Records Without Adding New Records

  • Delete All Records Then Add New Records

Response If Copy Fails

Displays the response of the application when encountering errors during the quick copy process.

If Target Records Are Missing UDFs

Indicates whether the application copied records with user-defined fields in the source company that are missing from the target company structure. If the value is Do Not Copy Records with Missing UDFs, then the application may have encountered one or more errors during the copy process.

When Copying Objects with Accounts

The response of the application when copying objects with assigned accounts. The application either the copied account assignments from the source to the target or assigned the default accounts in the target to objects. If the value is Use Accounts in Source, then the application may have encountered an error during the copy process when the source accounts do not exist in the target.

When Copying Empty Fields

Indicates whether the application copied the values of fields that are empty from the source to the target, or kept the original target values for such fields.
