Use this tab to specify which fields to validate during a declaration run for a selected country. This tab also indicates which fields are mandatory for import or export declaration.

From the dropdown list, select a EU country. Different countries have different fields for you to define and also different mandatory fields. If you need to include a country in the list or exclude a country from the list, select or deselect the EU checkbox of the country in the Countries- Setup window. To open this window, choose . |
Displays fields in which you need to specify Intrastat information and their locations. These field values are taken as the default declaration values or, in some cases, the default values of some fields in the Intrastat Configuration window. The primary field source takes priority over the secondary field source. The places that include source fields are listed below:

Select the Import or Export checkbox to specify the field will be validated during the declaration run for import or export. Note The Validation For checkboxes are independent of the setting of the Require All Data checkbox on the General tab. For example, if you deselect the Require All Data checkbox while selecting the Validation For checkbox for import, the field is still validated during the import declaration run. End of the note. |
Uneditable. Indicates whether the field is mandatory for import or export declaration in the selected country. However, you need to select the Require All Data checkbox on the General tab to force declaration of selected fields. |
To indicate that a field requires validation or is mandatory for import or export declaration, select the corresponding Import or Export checkbox, and choose the Update button. |
