Assigning Employee Master Data to Branches: Brazil 
You can assign an employee to only one branch.
Procedure
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
Human Resources 
Employee Master Data 
.In the Branch dropdown list, select a branch.
Choose the Update or Add pushbutton.
Result
You can perform relevant functions, such as inventory counting, with employees only if the selected employee is assigned to the branch.
