To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose one of the following paths:

  •   Inventory   Inventory Reports   Inventory Counting Transactions Report  

  •   Reports   Inventory   Inventory Counting Transactions Report  

In the Inventory Counting Transactions Report – Selection Criteria window, select the relevant data and choose the OK button.

At the end of the report, there is an additional line that summarizes the total values of the Counted Qty, Variance and Total columns.

Inventory Counting Transaction Report Fields
Doc. Row

Indicates the row number of an item in the corresponding document.

Counted Qty

Displays the item quantity in warehouses as counted in inventory counting.

In-Whse Qty on Count Date

Displays the quantities of the item in warehouses recorded by the system on the selected count date and time.

Variance

Displays the difference between the in-warehouse quantity on the count date and the counted quantity.

Note Note

In inventory counting documents, if there are two inventory counters, this field displays the absolute difference between the quantities that were counted by Counter 1 and the quantities that were counted by Counter 2.

Variance %

Displays the absolute variance percentage between the in-warehouse quantity on the count date and the counted quantity.

The calculation is:

  • Counted Qty › In-Whse Qty on Count Date: Variance % = (Counted Qty ­ In-Whse Qty on Count Date) ÷ In-Whse Qty on Count Date × 100

  • In-Whse Qty on Count Date › Counted Qty: Variance % = (In-Whse Qty on Count Date ­ Counted Qty) ÷ In-Whse Qty on Count Date × 100

Note Note

In inventory counting documents, if there are two inventory counters, this field displays the higher one of the following two percentage values:

  • Percentage Value 1 = Variance ÷ Counter 1 Count × 100

  • Percentage Value 2 = Variance ÷ Counter 2 Count × 100

Price

Displays the price per unit of the item.

Total

Total = Price × Variance
