Inventory in Warehouse Report (Detailed)

Use this report to analyze the detailed inventories of one or more selected items in one or more warehouses.

To open the window, select Detailed in the Inventory in Warehouse Report - Selection Criteria window.

First Bin Location
Displays the bin location code as follows: If the item is stored in more than one bin location, the field displays the bin location code that is first in the alphanumeric sequence. If the item is stored in only one bin location, the field displays the code of the bin location. To view the item's detailed inventory information in the bin locations, click (Link Arrow) before the bin location code to open the bin location content list. Note If the items in all bin locations have negative inventory, the field still displays the bin location code that is first in the alphanumeric sequence. End of the note.

In Stock
Displays the quantity of the item physically located in the warehouse.

Committed
The quantity of an item reserved from the inventory for the following document types: Sales orders Production orders (the quantity used for producing a parent item) A/R reserve invoices A/R correction invoices Note A/R correction invoices are relevant only for the following localizations: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. Ordered
The quantity of an item already purchased or produced, but not yet received. The following document types contribute to the quantity displayed in this field: Purchase orders Production orders (the quantity planned to receive from production) A/P reserve invoices A/P correction invoices Note A/P correction invoices are relevant only for the following localizations: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. Available
The available quantity of an item is displayed. The quantity is calculated as: In Stock + Ordered – Committed If the available inventory for an item is negative, the value is displayed in red.

Default Bin Location
Displays the item’s default bin location.

Enforced Default Bin Loc.
Indicates whether the use of the default bin location is enforced or not.

Item Price
Displays item price, according to the price source selected in the Inventory in Warehouse Report – Selection Criteria window.

Total
The system valuates the warehouse inventory using the price of the item from the price list you specified above. These values are subtotaled for each warehouse and a grand total calculated for all warehouses.

To add more fields to the report, in the toolbar, click the (Form Settings...) icon.
