To access this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Inventory   Inventory Transactions   Cycle Count Recommendations  . In the Cycle Count Recommendations - Selection Criteria window, specify the criteria for item selection and choose the OK button.

General Area Fields
Inventory Counting

Select the checkbox in the Select column for certain items, and choose this button to add them to a new inventory counting document.

After you add the inventory counting document, SAP Business One removes the items from cycle count recommendation.

Set to Counted

Select the Counted checkboxes for the items for which you want to change status, and select this button to set them to the counted status.

After you choose this button, and then choose OK, SAP Business One removes the selected items from cycle count recommendation. In addition, for the selected items, the next count dates are updated on the Inventory Data tab of the Item Master Data window.

Select

Select the checkbox if you want to add the item to an inventory counting document by subsequently choosing the Inventory Counting button.

Sublevel Code

If the warehouse in which an item is located is cycle counted by warehouse sublevel, this field displays the sublevel by which the warehouse is cycle counted. You can double-click the row to open another window to view the bin locations per item within this sublevel and the items’ respective quantities.

Date

The date of the next cycle count alert as determined for the item and the warehouse on the Inventory Data tab of the Item Master Data window.

Time

Displays the time set for the alert to be sent.

Counted

Select if an item’s quantity in warehouses is already counted, and choose the Set to Counted button to remove the item from cycle count recommendation.
