This window appears when you specify selection criteria for the General Ledger.
To access the window, choose 
Financials
Financial Reports Accounting
General Ledger 
. In the General
Ledger – Selection Criteria window, choose Expanded,
and in the Expanded Selection Criteria window,
choose Series.
Alternatively, open it from the Reports module.
