Data Export 
Use this function to export data from SAP Business One. You can perform the following types of exports:
Transactions to another company in SAP Business One
Accounting documents to an external software product
You can export nearly all objects and data directly into Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, including report results that are defined in the SAP Business One system. To do so, choose the Layout Designer... icon in the toolbar when editing an object or a report.
