Cash on Hand account from which the deposit is defined. The account is defined in  Administration Setup Financials G/L Account Determination Sales . If required, you can select another account.

Balance of the selected cash account. If the balance is negative, there is a debit balance, which is the maximum amount that can be deposited.

Specify the amount you want to deposit. You cannot deposit an amount that is larger than the cash fund balance.

If the bank account you specified is cash flow relevant, you can specify the cash flow line item or define a new assignment in the Combined Cash Flow Assignment window.
