You can:

  • Create and update common solutions to customer’s problems and questions.

  • Display all the solutions that were ever recorded in SAP Business One.

  • Link an existing solution to a service call or record a new solution from a service call.


  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Service   Solutions Knowledge Base  .

    The Solutions Knowledge Base window opens.

  2. Specify the information in the general area.

  3. On the Description tab, specify the cause and the details of the solution.

  4. On the Attachments tab, attach a file to the solution, as needed.

  5. To add the solution to the knowledge base, choose Add.
