Object documentationPick List Generation Wizard, Step 2: Pick List Generation Parameters Locate this document in the navigation structure

Note Note

This step is available only if you have selected at least one sales order or A/R reserve invoice document row in which the warehouse has bin locations enabled.

End of the note.

When you generate pick lists for sales order and A/R reserve invoice document rows, SAP Business One lets you split the pick lists by the following:

  • Warehouse

  • Warehouse sublevels

  • Bin location attributes

In this step, you can determine how to split the pick lists you want to generate. In addition, you can select the method by which the items in the pick lists are automatically allocated from the bin locations.

Pick List Generation Parameters Fields
Split Pick Lists By

Select the parameters by which you want to split the pick lists.

The parameters include the following:

  • Warehouse

  • <Sublevel 1> ... <Sublevel 4>

  • <Attribute 1> ... <Attribute 10>

Note Note

For the sales order and A/R reserve invoice document rows in which the warehouses do not have bin locations enabled, you can either put them all into one pick list or create multiple pick lists split by warehouse for them.

These document rows are not included in the same pick list as those which have warehouses with bin locations enabled.

End of the note.
