Sending Quotations as E-Mail Attachments
You have updated the quotations in your Quotations folder in Microsoft Outlook (see Importing Quotations to Microsoft Outlook).
In Microsoft Outlook, select your Quotations folder.
A list of all quotations that you imported from SAP Business One is displayed.
Double-click the quotation you want to send as an e-mail attachment.
The Quotations window appears.
Choose the Send button.
The quotation is created as a Microsoft Word document and is included automatically as an attachment to the e-mail that appears. The e-mail has the following elements:
Default e-mail address: the e-mail address of the contact person in the quotation
Default subject line: Your quotation is attached
Default message:
Dear <name of contact person>:
Your quotation is attached.
Thanks
<Your name>
Edit the information if necessary and then send the e-mail.
