(List Selection)

Opens a window in which you can select values from a list, for example, a list of business partners or tax codes.

(Date)

Opens a calendar, in which you can select a date.

(Calculator)

Opens a calculator, for example in total amount fields.

(User-Defined Values)

Displays fields for which you have previously defined a formatted search functionality. The formatted search enables you to define values, originated by a predefined search process, for any field in the application. For more information, see User-Defined Values.

Translated Values

Displays the translated values of fields that have been translated to the language selected in the current document. For more information, see Translating Fields to Foreign Languages and Viewing Translated Fields.
