Specify path for pictures folder
Diagnosis
You have attempted to add a picture to a master data record, to print a document layout that includes a logo, or perform another activity that requires a graphic image. However, you cannot proceed because you have not defined a pictures folder in SAP Business One.
Procedure
To define the pictures folder:
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
Administration 
System Initialization General Settings 
.In the General Settings window, on the Path tab, click the
(Browse) icon to specify a directory path
for the pictures folder.Choose the Update button, then choose the OK button.
