In bottom right table, in second row, in “Summary” column, select “Yes”
Diagnosis
In the General Ledger - Selection Criteria window, you have selected the Sort and Summarize checkbox.
In the bottom right table, in the second row, in the Summary column, you have selected No.
However, you cannot create a General Ledger report with the Sort and Summarize feature if a row other than the last row is set to No in the Summary column.
Procedure
In the Sort and Summarize table, in the second row, in the Summary column, select Yes.
