Activating or Deactivating a Dashboard 
Procedure
A dashboard package contains one or more dashboards and queries. If you want to let users view some, but not all, the dashboards in a package, you can activate or deactivate individual dashboards as required, either those developed by SAP or ones developed by a partner or your IT staff. You can achieve the same result by adding or removing each user’s authorization for each dashboard, but activating or deactivating is faster and easier.
From the SAP Business One navigation panel, choose
Modules 
Administration Setup General Dashboard Manager 
.In the Dashboard Manager window, from the menu on the left side, select a dashboard package.
Information about the dashboard package you selected appears on the right side of the window.
To activate or deactivate the selected dashboard, from the Status dropdown list, select the appropriate status, either Active or Inactive.
To save the change, choose the Update button.
