Report and Layout Manager: Report Details

The details of a Crystal report are displayed when you click the report in the left panel of the report and layout manager.

Status
Editable for user-defined Crystal reports. If the status of a report is inactive, you cannot find it in the SAP Business One Main Menu.

Menu Location
Editable for user-defined Crystal reports. Indicates the location of the report in the SAP Business One Main Menu. The asterisk (`*`) signifies that the folder contains Crystal reports. For more information, see Report and Layout Manager Window.

URL Reporting
Available if you have exported a report to a Crystal Server. You can run the report by clicking the hyperlink Show Report in Web Browser.

Visible For Mobile
Select this checkbox to make the Crystal report visible within the mobile application for SAP Business One.

Set Authorization
Available for user-defined Crystal reports. Choose this pushbutton to define authorizations for SAP Business One regular users in the Authorizations window.

Delete
Available for user-defined Crystal reports.

Define Advanced Settings
Available for user-defined Crystal reports. Choose this pushbutton to define the data source connections of the report. For more information, see Report and Layout Manager: Advanced Settings.

Export to Crystal Server
Available if you have integrated at least one Crystal Server with SAP Business One. Choose this pushbutton to export the report to the default Crystal Server with one click.
