Diagnosis

  1. You have chosen   Service   Service Reports   Response Time by Assigned to   to open the Response Time by Assigned to - Selection Criteria window. Or you have opened it from the Reports module.

  2. You have selected the Sort checkbox to display the sort criteria table.

  3. In the Sort Field column, you have specified two same fields as the sort criteria.

Procedure

In the Sort Field column, the fields that are used as the sort criteria should be different.
