Running a Crystal Report Locate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure

To run a Crystal report in SAP Business One, do one of the following:

  • Run the report from the SAP Business One Main Menu:

    1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, locate the report that you want to run and select it.

    2. If the report contains multiple data source connections that are not all covered in the license server or the license file, the Log On to Data Source window opens. Specify the user code and password for each data source and choose the OK button.

    3. In the Report Selection Criteria window, enter required information.

    4. Choose the OK push button.

  • Run the report from the Report and Layout Manager window:

    Only superusers and authorized regular users can perform the procedure below.

    1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   Setup   General   Report and Layout Manager  .

    2. In the Report and Layout Manager window, in the navigation pane on the left, navigate to the report you want to run and select it.

      Note Note

      If a report has not been assigned to a specific folder, it is in the Lost Reports folder and is not displayed in the SAP Business One Main Menu.

    3. In the work area on the right, choose the Run Report button.

    4. If the report contains multiple data source connections that are not all covered in the license server or the license file, the Log On to Data Source window opens. Specify the user code and password for each data source and choose the OK button.

    5. In the Report Selection Criteria window, enter the required information.

    6. Choose the OK pushbutton.
