You can use this window to do the following:

  • View general information about the tasks

  • Create notes and upload attachments for the tasks

  • Pick up the tasks

  • Process the tasks

  • Forward the tasks

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   Workflow   Workflow Worklist  .

  1. In the Workflow Worklist window, select the task.

  2. Choose the Details pushbutton.

General Area
Task ID/Task Name/Task Type

Displays the ID/name/type of the task.

To specify the information, use the Workflow designer in SAP Business One Studio.

Priority

Displays the priority of the task.

Status

Displays the status of the task.

Note Note

To view the error information in the Workflow Message Log window, click the link arrow to the left of the Status field when Error is displayed.

End of the note.
Enter Date

Displays the date on which the task was assigned to the task owner.

Due Date

Displays the date on which the task is due.

Forward

Forwards the task to another user.

Pick Up/Process

Lets you pick up/process the task.

General Tab
Owner

Displays the owner of the task. The task owner is the only user that can process or forward the task.

Clicking the link arrow to the left of the owner opens the Users – Setup window.

Participants

Displays the participants of the task.

Duration/Days/Hours

Displays the allowed length of time to complete the task.

Instance ID

Displays the ID of the instance to which the task belongs.

Clicking the link arrow to the left of the ID opens the Workflow Instance window.

Instance Creator

Displays the user that created the instance to which the task belongs.

Description

Displays the description of the task.

To specify the task description, use the Workflow designer in SAP Business One Studio.

Input Data

Displays the object and the code of the document used in the task.

To define the input data for a user task, use the Workflow designer in SAP Business One Studio.

Output Data

Displays the object and the code of the document that is processed in this task.

After the task is completed, a link arrow is displayed to the left of the Code field. Click this link arrow to open the task document.

Note Tab
New

Creates notes for the task.

Note Note

The following three buttons are editable only after you have chosen the New button.

End of the note.
Publish to Process

Lets you publish the note to all the tasks of the instance to which the current task belongs.

Publish Only to Current Task

Lets you publish the note only to the current task.

Post

Lets you post the note.

Note List
  • Note — display the content of the note posted

  • Task — display the name of the task for which the note is created

  • Posted By — display the user who created the note

  • Posted On — display the date on which the note is create

Attachment Tab
Browser

Choose this pushbutton to select the location of the attachment for the task.

Display

Displays the attachment for the task.

Delete

Choose this pushbutton to delete the attachment for the task.

Path

Displays the file path of the selected attachment.

File Name

Displays the name of the selected attachment.

Date

Displays the date on which the attachment is selected.
