Use this tab to specify some Intrastat-specific information for your company.

General Tab Fields
VAT Reg. No. of Trader

Enter your PSI (provider of statistical information) VAT registration number if you have one. Otherwise, enter your VAT registration number.

No default value is available for Austria (AT). You must specify a value manually.

VAT Reg. No. Extension

If your company is a branch company or a subsidiary, specify the VAT registration number extension.
Company Declaration ID

Your company's official identifier obtained from local authorities. In Germany (DE), this ID is used to automatically name declaration files.
Degree of Obligation

Used in France. Your degree of obligation is based on your EU trade volume in the previous calendar year. If you exceed the thresholds of arrival and dispatch within the current year, your degree of obligation changes as of the month during which the thresholds are exceeded.
Intrastat Declaration Office

Office name where you file your Intrastat declarations. Generally you file your Intrastat declarations at your local statistical office. Specify the value of this field according to the actual requirements.
Federal State of Tax Office

The default value comes from the State field on the General tab of the Company Details window.
Declaring Department

The department in your company that makes the declaration.
Validation Key Identification

Your company-specific identification of the key which has been used to validate the sent message, in this case the Intrastat declaration.
Require All Data

Select this checkbox to force declaration of all necessary Intrastat field data. “Necessary Intrastat fields” refer to those specified as required for import or export on the Intrastat Fields tab.

Intrastat declarations are generated only if all necessary Intrastat fields have values. If any necessary data is missing, the Intrastat declaration wizard cannot proceed with the declaration.

Display Always Net Mass Value

Select this checkbox to display in the Intrastat declaration an item's net mass, even if the item's mass in the supplementary unit is not zero.
Simplified Procedure

To use document values as statistical values, select the Simplified Procedure checkbox. If you do not select this checkbox, the statistical value equals the document line total multiplied by the Incoterms statistical percentage of the document line total.
Document Handling Section

To exclude ineligible document rows from your Intrastat declarations, select one or both of the following checkboxes and specify the thresholds:

  • Exclude Document Row with Quantity Less Than

  • Exclude Document Row with Total Amount Less Than

Note that you can specify negative amounts for both checkboxes. For the second checkbox, the currency is always the local currency.
