Posting periods must be defined
Diagnosis
You have attempted to create a new company, but posting periods have not been defined for the new company. SAP Business One does not permit companies to be created without defined posting periods.
Procedure
Follow the steps below:
In the Create New Company window, in the Define New Periods field, choose the
(Browse) button. The Posting
Period window appears.In the Posting Period window, specify posting period parameters for the new company, then choose the Continue button to return to the Create New Company window.
