Procedure

Log a message to SAP Support reporting the exact error message. Use the component SBO-MM-IVC. Also, attach the BusinessOneStockToolPid log file, which can be found in the following folder: %USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\sap\sap business one\log\businessone.
