Before upgrading this computer, you must upgrade SAP Business One server tools on the remote machine.

Diagnosis

When using the upgrade wizard to upgrade your SAP Business One to a target release, in the License Server window, you have specified a license server that is located on a remote computer. However, the release of the license server is lower than that of the target SAP Business One.

Procedure

  1. On the current computer (computer A), close the upgrade wizard.

  2. On the computer on which the license server is located (computer B), run the upgrade wizard and upgrade the server tools to the target release.

  3. On computer A, run the upgrade wizard again.

When you select the same remote license server, no error message appears.
