You have located an item in the Item Master Data window.

On the Inventory Data tab, you have defined a warehouse as the default warehouse of this item by selecting the warehouse and choosing the Set Default Whse button.

You have chosen  Administration Setup Inventory Warehouses and located the warehouse you defined as the default warehouse.

You have right-clicked the warehouse and chosen Remove.
