Diagnosis
Customer activity restriction by commitment limit is selected in 
Administration 
System Initialization General Settings BP Tab 
for the sales
document you have tried to add. Increasing the current balance of the customer by the total sum of this sales document results in a customer commitment that is greater than the value set for the customer in Business Partners Business Partner
Master Data Payment Terms tab.
Note
The current commitment of the customer is the sum of Credit Limit (defined in Business Partners Business Partner Master Data Payment Terms tab)
plus the not yet deposited checks.
Procedure
Choose Yes to add the document, whereby the customer will exceed the defined commitment limit. Choose No to cancel the creation of the document.
