Use this window to add and display the detailed expenses associated with the service call, that is, the expenses related to the items, and to labor and travel.

To open the window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Service   Service Call  . On the Expenses tab, choose the Expenses Details button.

Items Fields
Transfer to Tech.

Number of items the technician received from the warehouse to complete the service call
Delivered

Number of items delivered to the customer
Returned from Tech.

Number of items the technician returned to the warehouse after completing the service call
Returned

Number of items that were returned by the customer (using returns or credit memo documents)
Bill

Defines whether to charge the customer for the item parts.
Labor and Travel Fields
Bill

Defines whether to charge the customer for labor and travel.
