Inventory Counting -- Bin Location Selection Criteria Window

Use this window to select bin locations for the items you want to add to inventory counting documents.

To access this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Inventory Inventory Transactions Inventory Counting Transactions Inventory Counting . In the Inventory Counting window, choose the Add Items button to open the Inventory Counting – Item Selection Criteria window, and then choose the Bin Locations button.

General Area Fields

< Sublevel 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 > From ... To
From the choose from list, select the two warehouse sublevel codes to define a range within this sublevel.

< Attributes 1 / 2 / ... / 10 > From ... To
From the choose from list, select the two bin location attribute codes to define a range within this attribute. Note Only activated sublevels and attributes appear in the choose from lists. To activate warehouse sublevels and bin location attributes, go to Bin Location Field Activation Window. End of the note.

Exclude Bin Locations for Items with Zero Quantity
Selected: When a bin location has zero quantity of a selected item, it does not appear in the inventory counting document, but you can select it manually. This checkbox is selected by default.
