To see at a glance all campaigns that exist with particular business partners or for certain date ranges, you can generate a Campaign List Report.


  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Business Partners   Business Partner Reports   Campaign List  . Alternatively, open it from the Reports module.

  2. In the Campaign List – Selection Criteria window, specify the selection criteria for the report, for example:

    • Item code

    • Item group

    • Business partner code

    • Customer group

    • Campaign number

    • Campaign type

    • Campaign status

    • Campaign start date and end date

  3. Choose OK.

The campaign list shows the following information:

Number of BPs Contacted

Displays the number of the business partners you contact in this campaign.

Number of BPs Responded

Displays the number of the business partners who have responded this campaign.

You can mark business partners' response in the Campaign window.

Response %

Displays the BP response rate of the campaign.

The value equals the Number of BPs contacted divided by Number of BPs Responded.

Number of Leads Generated

Displays the number of the leads generated through the campaign.

Number of Opportunities

Displays the number of sales opportunities generated in the campaign.

Number of Won Opportunities

Displays the number of the sales opportunities you have won.

Total Potential Amount

Displays the potential sales amount if you win all the sales opportunities generated from this campaign.

Opportunities Win Rate

Displays the win rate of the sales opportunities generated in this campaign.

The win rate equals the number of won opportunities divided by the total number of opportunities generated.
