You cannot select the “Include for Customs” checkbox if the cost amount of the row is zero

Diagnosis

You have created a landed costs document. On the Fixed Costs subtab of the Costs tab, you have tried to select the Include for Customs checkbox, but the value in the Amount field in this row is zero.

Procedure

Specify the relevant cost amount, and then select the Include for Customs checkbox.
