Diagnosis
You have chosen 
Administration 
System Initialization Document Settings 
to open the Document Settings window. On the General tab,
in the Base Price Origin dropdown list, you have selected a price list that does not exist or has been removed.
Procedure
In the Document Settings window, on the General tab, in the Base Price Origin dropdown list, choose a valid price list.
