Diagnosis

You have tried to add a new user—defined field for a table. In the User Tables Keys — Setup window, you have specified a name in the Field Name column, but the name has already been specified for the selected key.

Procedure

In the Field Name column, specify a name that has not yet been specified for the selected key.
