Invalid RFC; a valid RFC for a company business partner must contain 12 characters

Diagnosis

When creating a business partner for a Mexican company, in the Business Partner Master Data window, the RFC that you have entered does not contain 12 characters. In addition, on the General tab, you have set the business partner type as Company.

Procedure

To create a company business partner for a Mexican company, enter an RFC that contains 12 characters.
