You have created a new customer. In the Business Partner Master Data window, you have chosen the Tax subtab of the Accounting tab.

You have chosen the Tax Information button. In the Tax Information window, you have specified a P.A.N. number that does not consist of 10 alphanumeric characters.

You have chosen the Update button, or pressed TAB to exit this field.
